Office Hours

The Eufaula Water Works & Sewer Board office is located at 840 West Washington Street, Eufaula, Alabama, 36027. Customers can pay water and sewer bills, pay tap fees, apply for service and handle any other matters related to water and sewer needs between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:55 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Holiday hours may vary and will be posted. Effective November 27, 2023, service requests done anytime on Fridays will be considered afterhours and subject to a $50 fee.

The Water Works and Sewer Board of the City of Eufaula received notice from the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) regarding the results of the recent annual compliance inspection of our water system. This annual inspection by ADEM reviews our record keeping, sampling protocols and compliance, system maintenance, reporting compliance and system operation and control. The results of the Inspection can be found under the News Tab.
