CUSTOMER SERVICE/BILLING/CMMS PROJECT
In 2015 and 2016, Eufaula Water Works upgraded our computer systems and added field hardware to allow us to better serve our customers by using current, available asset management and productivity technology. The new accounting and asset management software was placed online June 2016.
BS&A accounting software has been installed in the customer service and administration areas of our West Washington Street facility. Servers have been purchased and installed to manage the data for both our billing/accounting software and Lucity, our asset management system, and upgraded GIS mapping system. Our staff implemented Lucity and BS&A in June 2016.
Customers can now access their accounts and make payments online at our website through Access My Gov, an online tool that will offer many more options than previously available with our current software, such as e-statements, online graphs, and bill print functions.
