BILLING
Outlined below are the monthly read dates, bill dates, due dates, late dates and cut off dates. If payment has not been received by the 10th, a $5.00 late charge will be applied to the account. If payment has not been received by the 15th of month, $35 in account non-payment fees will be applied. There will also be a reconnect fee of $10.00 to reactivate any disconnected service during working hours (prior to 4 pm, Monday – Thursday) or a $50.00 reconnect fee if after working hours (after 4 pm Monday -Thursday, anytime Friday-Sunday).
New Schedule as of January 2025 with Billing Effective February 2025:
- Reading: 18th-23rd
- Billing: 23rd-25th (May vary depending on Holiday and Weekend schedules)
- Due: 1st
- Late: After the 10th
- Disconnect: After the 15th
