WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT HEADWORKS

Wastewater treatment plant headworks and lift station influent station improvements was bid in October 2017 with Schmidt Environmental Construction, Inc being awarded the contract. Project was paid out of the 2017 Bond and cost $1,823,558. Work done included replacement of the influent pump facility, pumps and controls, replacement of emergency generator, and the installation of screening equipment to remove inorganic material from waste stream prior to entering biologic treatment process. Project was completed in February 2019.
